BWP provided a safe space to share and be myself. I shared and said things that I normally would just keep to myself. We appreciated BetterWorld Partners’ accessible and welcoming approach to DEI work. Athena and her team were friendly and approachable while still challenging our group to step outside our comfort zone and examine our biases. The emphasis was on what we could do better rather than what we were doing wrong, which left our group feeling motivated and energized.
