BetterWorld Partners is dedicated to fostering an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is actively engaged in the ongoing work of anti-racism. We understand racism as deeply entrenched in societal structures and attitudes, requiring acknowledgment of power dynamics and privileges perpetuating inequities. 

Addressing racism necessitates dismantling biases within ourselves, our organizations, and broader systems, promoting spaces of belonging for all.  Our ongoing journey towards anti-racism entails continuous learning, self-examination, and action, aiming to be catalysts for change and contributing to a BetterWorld for all.
