Nothing says community like laughter, song, smiles, and snores, right?

Last month, I received an invite from our client LatinoLEAD to attend a sound bath and healing!

My initial response read: “Was this email meant for me?” I felt like a kid who just got picked to go on a surprise field trip.

As it turned out, the email invite was for me. So, naturally I carved out some time in my schedule to spend some intentional time resting and healing with my communidad.

For those who haven’t had the opportunity to attend a sound bath before, I highly recommend it! I walked away feeling refreshed and proud. Proud of us all for practicing what we preach through showing up in community and prioritizing our rest so that we can continue doing the great work!
